An AI collar reads her behavior, sounds and routines, then writes the day into subtitles you can actually read. On your phone — and living on your desktop.

Every cat person has wondered. Nobody has ever really known — because until now, nobody was writing it down.
Between the door closing and the door opening, a whole day happens. Naps, patrols, a sudden 3pm sprint down the hallway — and nobody was taking notes.
Hunger? Boredom? Just saying hello? One sound on its own never tells you much — you'd need to know what kind of day she'd been having.
Cats are private about how they're feeling. Small shifts in drinking, sleep or movement tend to show up well before anything looks different — if someone's keeping track.
So we built something that stays with her all day, pays attention, and tells you what it noticed.
Behavior. Sound. Baseline. Three signals, one AI, and a cat you finally understand.
Inside: motion and audio sensing, read together by multimodal AI.
Petaira combines what your cat does, what she says, and what's normal for her, then writes it back to you in plain language: not “meow = hungry”, but “restless since 2pm, food untouched.”
And when you're in the same room, switch on near-field mode. She meows, Petaira reads what's behind it, and the collar says it out loud in her own words — “I'm hungry” — in a voice you picked for her. For a moment it's as if she simply told you herself.
Eating & drinking, activity, sleep, and unusual vocalizations — monitored continuously and compared to your cat's own history, not some breed-average chart.

Petaira builds one AI companion of your own cat you can check in on anytime. Each evening you pick a moment from her real day, and it becomes a little four-panel comic — her own story, drawn from what actually happened.
Week 1 builds an initial behavior profile. By week 4, Petaira has a stable individual health baseline — so “unusual” means unusual for her, not for the internet's idea of a cat.

Everything Petaira notices ends up here — in plain language, on one screen.

A live status line and a short bubble in her own voice. Tap the button beside it to hear the sound she just made — or, in the same room, let the collar say that line out loud for her.

The whole day on one timeline — eating, activity, sleep and sounds, each measured against what's usual for her.

Four-panel comics drawn from real moments in her day — and any comic you love can grow into a Vlog, in the same style. The only cat content in your camera roll that made itself.

Your personal AI cat can stay on your desktop while you work — a small, living piece of her day right beside yours.
Four decisions behind how Petaira reads a day — and why one meow, on its own, was never going to be enough.
Most pet AI listens to one sound in isolation. Petaira reads behavior, sound and your cat's own history at the same time — because a meow at 3am after nine hours of stillness means something very different from the same meow at dinner time.
Week 1 builds an initial behavior profile. By week 4 the baseline is stable, so “unusual” is measured against her own history — what's normal for a lazy British Shorthair would be alarming for a Bengal.
Behind each status line sit two or three plain pieces of evidence — “activity above usual”, “sounds clustered in the evening”, “longer alone time”. You can always see where a read came from, and decide for yourself.
Petaira's health language stays deliberately careful — “worth a closer look”, “keep observing”. It never names a condition. What it does well is notice a change early enough that the conversation with your vet starts sooner.
Petaira is a wellness and behavior device. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease.
Lightweight collar with a quick-release safety buckle. Charge it, clip it on, done.
Motion and audio sensors capture behavior and vocal patterns throughout the day.
Multimodal AI reads all three signal types together against her personal baseline.
You get plain-language status updates, early health flags, and a highlight story each evening.
